First of all, I want to thank the channel "debeljača1" for just existing. The dude is a living compilation of all war footage regarding Republika Srpska. From now on, his channel will be showcased in my "Fellow Creators" section. All of the footage you're watching belongs to him.
Song name is: Fenix - Naprijed braćo Nevesinjski momci (alternate name - Naprijed braćo Hercegovci). Felix is a local rock band from a small, but heroic town of Nevesinje.
Anyway, let me elaborate on what this whole Herzegovina deal is -
"Athelas, I know about Bosnia&Herzegovina, sheesh, I'm not that dumb." - oh believe me, you don't know 1% about it. So, let's begin.
As the name of this big mess of a country suggests, Bosnia&Herzegovina is made up out of two major geographic regions - Bosnia and Herzegovina, the former region being around river Bosnia, the latter around the river Neretva.
Herzegovina, or as it would be translated into English - "Land of Herzog" (Herzog being duke in German) was a late medieval Serb state called the "Dutchy of Saint Sava" (Saint Sava being the biggest Saint of the Serbs and the person who founded the Serbian Orthodox Church). The name Herzegovina stuck because the Ottomans decided to call the sanjak in the same area "Sanjak of Herzegovina", in order to destroy the name of Saint Sava.
Herzegovina, however, does not only take up land in Bosnia&Herzegovina, but also Montenegro and Serbia. It's not ethnically homogenous, because we've got Croats, Bosnians and Serbs living in it, however most of these ethnic groups have stuck to their own sections of Herzegovina.
When speaking about the part of Herzegovina inside B&H, we've got western Herzegovina which is mostly made up of Croats, we've got central Herzegovina which is made up of a mix of Croats and Bosnians and we've got eastern Herzegovina which is mostly made up of Serbs.
Outside of Bosnia and Herzegovina, we've got the region known as "Old Herzegovina", which takes up almost half of Montenegro and the municipality of Prijepolje in Serbia. My town is part of the "Old Herzegovina" region.
Herzegovinians are known as tall, proud and somewhat crude people in the Balkans. Herzegovinians are also called the "tallest people in the world" with an average height of 184cm (2cm taller than the Dutch). I myself stand proud at 195cm (my dad being 200cm and uncle 205cm tall).
It's weird how this geographic turn really does have an impact on the mentality of the people. For example, I as a citizen of Nikšić feel more connected with people of Trebinje, Bileća, Gacko, Nevesinje, than with Cetinje, Podgorica or Kotor.

You forgot to mention that Croats And Bosnians in that area have Serbian roots because Herzegovina was full Serbian in the beginning

During Boer wars public opinion in freshly independent Serbia was wholeheartedly for Boer side, since Boers struggle for independence was felt similar as our own. Now comes the funny part (some claim it is historically false, but this is common story here nevertheless): Winston Churchill, staunch imperialist and journalist at the time (I believe I don't need to explain about his doing in South Africa at that time) heard about that and wrote some news articles which present Serbia in a very bad light. One Serbian military officer heard about that writing and swore to beat the hell out of the cheeky bastard who wrote that crap. Opportunity has come when Orient express, railroad line, had usual 2 hours stop at the Belgrade station with Winston Churchill onboard. That officer took this opportunity to the fullest.

Loanword from ottoman times. Like "sat" - clock (persian), "duvan" - tobacco,...
In Serbian it is an archaic term(for "the foe" or "the enemy") loaned from Ottoman Turkish.
"Bosnian" is balkan language but it aint real language its Serbo-Croatian mixed with some turkish and they made by that language and nation
